Our Commitment to Quality & Sustainability

At BarceloLogy, we strive for excellence in our products and our impact. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right—while minimizing waste and supporting those in need.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a resolution, your request must meet the following:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
  • The request is submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in resalable condition (tags/labels intact).

Resolution Options

Once your request is approved, you may choose:

1. Free Replacement

  • We’ll ship a new item at no cost.
  • For non-defective items: To reduce waste, we encourage you to:
    • Donate the item to a local charity, OR
    • Gift it to someone in need, OR
    • Keep it as our token of appreciation.
      (No need to return it!)

2. Store Credit

  • Receive a full-value voucher (including original shipping costs).
  • Voucher Terms:
    • Valid for 6 months | Non-transferable | No cash redemption.

How to Initiate a Return

1.      Email Us: 📧 support@barcelology.com within 10 days.

2.      Provide:

o   Order number

o   Reason for return

o   Photos (if claiming damage)

3.      Next Steps:

o   If eligible, we’ll approve your replacement/voucher within 3–5 business days.
