Ru'aa  Jadidah  for  Online  Commerce  (“us”,  “we”,  or  “our”)  operates

BarceloLogy.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to BarceloLogy.com, and explains how

we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Online Commerce.

Ru'aa  Jadidah  for  Online  Commerce  uses  the  collected  data  for  various

If you are located outside Qatar and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Qatar and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such

information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Ru'aa Jadidah for Online Commerce will take all the steps reasonably necessary

to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

such requests. Please note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating

exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

0.2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be

found on the home page of our website;

0.3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy

Page;

0.4. users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at Support@barcelology.com.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We  honor  Do  Not Track  signals  and  do  not  track,  plant  cookies,  or  use

advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.

0.2. To delete your personal information. If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

0.3. To stop selling your personal information. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for any purpose. We do not sell your personal  information  for  monetary  consideration.  However,  under  some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within our family of companies, without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law. You are the only owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time.

If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop making such transfers.

Please note, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which  require the  usage of  your personal  information to function. But in no circumstances, we will discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to automate the development process of our Service.
